When did Coffee Creations launch?

  • We launched Coffee Creations on March 1st, 2018!

Where is your company located?

  • Coffee Creations is located in Charleston, Illinois.

Are your products vegan?

  • Yes! All products are made without the use of animal products.

Do your product include any nuts?

  • Our products include coconut oil, sweet almond oil, and soybean oil. In addition, our oil is manufactured at a factory that also processes peanuts.

Do you have a customer service phone line I can call?

  • At this time we do not have a phone line. We ask that all customer service inquiries be submitted in writing to support@coffeecreations.co so that we can better assist you.

How long will it take to receive my order within the U.S.?

  • We make every effort to process orders within 3 business days of when they are received.
  • Once the package is shipped it can take 3-10 business days to be delivered.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

  • Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

  • Yes of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number. 

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange opened or used products. 

Something not right with your order ? 

If you're unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it, please do so, unopened via tracked shipping to the applicable address below.We will gladly refund your order if there's a mix up.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange opened or used products. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We currently accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

Will my card be charged when I order?

  • All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Are your products FDA tested?

  • No, our products are not FDA tested.  However, each of our ingredients is FDA approved.  There are no chemical alterations to our ingredients once we receive them.
